The foods are the essential part of our health and fitness, it can be the as medicine, in this regard the organic food strongly recommended for growing the ones body and make it healthy, its provides more nutrition and contain vitamins, minerals etc and no additives are present, all physical, mental, chemical, metabolic, and hormonal activities required nutrition, and it repair and rebuild the body.

Keep yourself happy because stress can damage your mental and physical health, don't be sad always try to be happy, as well as cut down smoking because its stop growing ones body as need, drinks lot of water at least 7 to 8 glass of water daily, water also one of the important tool to loss your weight. Sleep well because its changes hormone levels and ability to metabolize carbohydrates, so research shows that good and deep sleep causes cell repair and help to growing cell and burn calories by speed up the metabolism so its recommended sleep at least 8 hours in a night.

All would definitely agree that pregnancy is one of the most cherished spans of one's life. Nothing can match the charm and joy of bringing to life a new soul. The health of the unborn child is in direct relation to the actions and the well being of the pregnant women itself. One necessary factor for which every pregnant lady should take care about is the diet. Let's have a look at some of the dietary patterns that are favorable for a pregnant woman.

The most important ingredient in the diet of a pregnant woman are fresh fruits and veg. They should form the first element of the diet of the lady. Yet another important thing of signification is to maintain distance from the food cooked in the microwave. The reason for this is that the microwave uses the radioactive radiations to cook the food. These radiations in turn are not very safe for a healthy cooking. So the best way to avoid such a situation is to avoid eating the microwave food to the maximum possible level.

An important aspect aspect of dietary care for pregnant girls is they must avoid certain kinds of edibles. Particular concern has been raised against unpasteurized cheeses and juice, raw meat and eggs, fish with high mercury content etc. If a woman does not ignore such food items, she may expose her baby to the likelihood of listeriosis or toxoplasmosis with many other birth defects.

A pregnant woman who sticks to all these dietary guidelines can be certain that her baby will be ok.
